Benefits of the decoiler

  • Extended service life; load-carrying ability of up to 10 tonnes without a supporting frame.
  • Reverse uncoiling in different directions
  • Allows to uncoil rolls with internal diameter of 500 mm (made in PRC)
  • Possibility of operation as part of high-speed lines (capacity is enough to quickly uncoil a heavy roll)
  • Does not damage the inner surface of the roll (in contrast to the double-beat decoiler)
  • Thrust bearings do not wear out
  • Equipped with an automatic control system, which allows to monitor the slack, the speed and direction of movement

Additional options

The decoiler may be equipped with mobile charging and lifting trolley. The trolley is required for unloading the crane equipment, which is constantly involved in the offloading of profiled sheeting and the engaging of new rolls.

Cutting machine for quick roll change

Cuts the last sheet from the mill in order to quickly change the roll to another color.

Before engaging another roll for the next order, it is necessary to wait until the sheets fully roll out from the mill into the previous order (no waste).

ДTo do this, the line halts the rolling mill in place where the last sheet must be cut. Cutting is carried out with the help of a cutting machine.

The shears can be equipped with a manual or electromechanical drive.

Sheet lamination unit

A device for fixing a roll of film for the lamination of smooth sheet before profiling.

Laminated profiled sheeting is not scratched during transportation and installation; the protective film is removed after installation so the surface is free of scratches and false images.

Performs its main function – turns a smooth sheet into a corrugated steel sheet.

Additional options

High-speed lines (up to 9 m/min) are equipped with a stamping device of improved performance. It has increased drive power, hydraulic station pump capacity, and oil tank capacity. In comparison to a standard device, this unit has doubled stamping speed.

Scroll shears for 3D cutting

Instead of the usual guillotine shears with direct cut, the line can be equipped with scroll shears for 3D cutting. The shears allow to cut the sheet repeating the steps profile.

Device for lubricant atomization before stamping

The device is intended for the application of finely dispersed lubricant to the sheet before stamping.

Receiving device

Serves as storage of finished sheets for their subsequent packaging and shipment to the warehouse. A single operator is required to maintain the line.
